Artistic Statement:

“My writing is a dark and often absurd exploration of a hero becoming their own villain. In my stories, I craft a playful landscape within the darker colors of the human experience. I’m compelled by female rage, mental illness, death, and longing. My background in performance and music are the driving force behind the strange fantasies that become my stories. Through my work, I ask audiences to turn inward and shake hands with their biggest fears and ugliest senses of self. Can you survive the collapse of your own world? Can you laugh at it? I believe that to acknowledge one’s own darkness is first step towards freedom.”
